SmartTonerHub sells refurbished printer products. Because refurbished products can have previous use, cosmetic signs of handling, or limited stock availability, customers must review product details before ordering.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases made on smarttonerhub.com.
2. 14-Day Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day period starts on the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier or order delivery record.
Return requests submitted after 14 days of delivery are not eligible for standard return approval.

3. Eligible Return Conditions
A product is eligible for return review when all conditions below are met:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product was purchased directly from SmartTonerHub.
- The product matches the original order record.
- The product is returned with included accessories and items received with the order.
- The product is packed securely for return shipment.
- The customer provides the order number and email address used at checkout.
4. Products Not Eligible for Return
SmartTonerHub does not approve returns in the following situations:
- The return request is submitted after 14 days of delivery.
- The product was damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
- The product is missing included accessories or parts received with the order.
- The product serial number, label, or identifying detail is removed, altered, or mismatched.
- The product is returned without approval from SmartTonerHub.
- The return package is damaged due to poor return packaging by the customer.
- The issue is caused by incompatible third-party supplies, incorrect installation, or improper operating conditions.
5. Return Request Process
Customers must follow the return process below:
- Email SmartTonerHub at info@smarttonerhub.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include the order number, customer name, email address, product name, and reason for return.
- Wait for SmartTonerHub to review the return request.
- Follow the return instructions provided after approval.
- Pack the product securely with included accessories and return materials.
- Ship the approved return to the return address provided by SmartTonerHub.
Returns sent without approval are not accepted for refund processing.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected by SmartTonerHub. The inspection confirms product identity, included items, condition, and return eligibility.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund posting time depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Partial Refunds
SmartTonerHub applies partial refunds when returned products are missing included accessories, show customer-caused damage, or require additional handling due to condition differences from the approved return request.
8. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return reason is buyer preference, incorrect product selection, changed mind, incompatible selection, or customer ordering error.
SmartTonerHub covers return shipping only when the approved return is due to a verified fulfillment error by SmartTonerHub or an eligible product issue confirmed during return review.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must contact SmartTonerHub within 48 hours of delivery when an order arrives damaged in transit or does not match the order record.
The message must include the order number, delivery date, product name, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the package and product condition.
10. Seller Warranty and Returns
Products include a 30-day seller warranty unless the product page clearly states a different warranty term. Warranty requests are separate from standard return requests.
Warranty coverage applies to eligible functionality issues reported within the warranty period. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or issues caused by incompatible third-party supplies.
11. Refurbished Product Condition
Refurbished products are not brand-new products. They can show cosmetic signs of previous use, handling, or storage. Cosmetic wear that is clearly consistent with refurbished condition does not automatically qualify a product for return approval.
12. Taxes and Shipping Charges
Taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded when the return reason is buyer preference, changed mind, incompatible selection, or customer ordering error.
