SmartTonerHub ships refurbished printer products to eligible delivery addresses within the United States. This policy explains how orders are processed, how shipping charges are shown, and what customers need to review before placing an order.
Customers must review product details, shipping information, return terms, and warranty details before checkout.
2. Shipping Scope
SmartTonerHub currently ships only within the United States. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States are not accepted for shipment.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address during checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Processing begins after order confirmation and payment completion.
- Orders placed after business hours start processing on the next business day.
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect details require correction before processing.
- Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
4. Shipping Charges, Taxes, and Checkout Total
Taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. The checkout page shows the final order total before the customer submits payment.

5. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping carrier, delivery address, order processing time, weather conditions, carrier workload, and other delivery factors.
Delivery time starts after order processing is completed and the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. SmartTonerHub is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or package return caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address information.
- Enter the full street address.
- Include apartment, suite, unit, or building number when required.
- Use the correct city, state, and ZIP code.
- Review all address details before completing checkout.
7. Tracking Information
Tracking information is sent to the customer when the shipping carrier provides shipment details. Customers can use the tracking details to review carrier updates and expected delivery progress.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
Customers must contact SmartTonerHub within 48 hours of delivery when a package arrives damaged, appears opened, is missing included items, or does not match the order record.
The customer message must include the order number, delivery date, product name, clear photos of the package, clear photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
9. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, or carrier delivery failure caused by customer-provided information, SmartTonerHub reviews the order record before reshipment or refund processing.
Additional shipping charges apply when reshipment is requested after a failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
10. Shipping and Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery according to the Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return reason is buyer preference, incorrect product selection, changed mind, incompatible selection, or customer ordering error.
SmartTonerHub covers return shipping only when the approved return is due to a verified fulfillment error by SmartTonerHub or an eligible product issue confirmed during return review.
11. Refurbished Product Packaging
SmartTonerHub sells refurbished printer products. Packaging can differ from original manufacturer retail packaging. Products are packed for shipping with protective materials suitable for delivery.
